Our 7 day purifying cleanse video and the Detox Flow video are filmed and are in the editing stages. We hope to have those up and available by the end of January, so keep an eye out for those. This website will just continue to expand and grow with many different offerings over time. So many options its hard to decide what to do first.

One Yoga Life is the vision of Jehfree Spirit and the story of his One Yoga Life along with his business partner guru Denise Dodd. In this yoga business, Jehfree is the Yoga and Denise is the business.

I am super excited that we are launching One Yoga Life to bring our flavor of yoga into the world. In the beautiful environment of California’s Pacific North Coast, we are reminded of divine beauty and are intrinsically connected to our food source. Between the redwoods and the beaches we are blessed to experiencing the divine. My goal is to share my journey and inspire your life through the amazing yoga lifestyle.

We are also super excited and so ready to be teaching our Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes on Saturday and Sunday mornings at the Humboldt Capoeira Academy and at the Soul to Soul workshop space, 2nd Floor on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6 – 7:30!!! The web page is coming together, Jehfree’s Teacher Training is coming up starting February 3rd and he is offering an 100 hr Asana Immersion and 30 hr Chakra Immersion coinciding with the Teacher Training as an option for people. We have filmed two of our videos that will soon be for sale and we will be working on more in addition to our cooking videos that will showcase healthy, nutritious options to support your yoga lifestyle.
